Population vacuums

The declining population in Europe is well-known among your generic, educated-Catholic circles. What is surprising, however, is to learn that the below-replacement-level fertility rates are actually endemic around the world. We want to see more Polish (and Mexican and Colombian and Filippino and Chinese and Japanese and Ethiopian and Congonese, etc...) babies!
