Just say it.

I think what she's trying to say is that there are just too many people. Has she done any research into what population dirth has done for Japan or Europe? Guess not... Or maybe, like, reality doesn't matter.

UPDATE: American Papist has been following up on this story. Apparently, the Democrats have backed down on the Planned Parenthood subsidies.

MORE: Another dose of rational thought for Nancy from First Things. And another from the Wall Street Journal.

I love your commentary! We're studying fallacies in my class right now, so this is great timing.

I've noticed in my circle of aquaintances, educated, "catholic", that somehow we should promote 'birth control'.

Once, at a fabulous little dinner I mentioned that women in Mexico are routinely sterilized using coersion. Trust me, it was within the context of the discussion, I didn't just "put it out there." Such as, you've just givin bith, "sign this, and we'll fix you right up." No time to think, and they're hittin' you when you're down.

A lady, who has three children, a fairly wealthy woman, a cathlolic who attends every Sunday, looks over at me and says, "Well, they can't afford to have more than one or two."

I was speechless. Well, because, I couldn't believe what just came out of her mouth!

Somehow, it's now more PC to promote contreception, than to look at bigotry and injustice and call it like it is.

Nancy is well educated, well dressed, well heeled, and just as big a bigot.

Maybe if Nancy used more hand gesticulations it would make what she's saying moral...
