I'll blog more later on the pro-life "issue." It's a shame to call it an "issue," because that seems to reduce all those lives to a "consideration." As if we--the living--had any authority to "consider" their worthiness of our protection. (I can imagine a German voter from 1933, "We need to consider the 'Jewish issue.')
